Return Policy

Please send an e-mail to returns@VirtueSignalStudios.com as soon as possible with any request for returns or replacements so we can take a look at your situation and offer an acceptable resolution. 

We will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied with the resolution of your issue.

eBooks

  • All eBook sales are final. Due to the digital nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the file has been delivered.  

  • If you are requesting a refund and have not yet downloaded your purchase please contact us at the e-mail address above within 24-hours.  We will research your order and if you haven't clicked the Download link and the order token remains in tact we will be able to offer a refund.   We offer this as a courtesy for accidental orders or orders placed by un-authorized family members.

Printed Coloring Books

  • We accept returns or offer replacements only if the book arrives damaged.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement or refund.

Printed Literature & Textbooks

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling).

  • After 7 days, approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Returned books must be in new condition — no folds, tears, marks, stains, or other signs of use.

  • Used products cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will cover the product cost minus shipping and handling fees.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned product has been inspected and approved.
