Shipping Policy

VSS strives to provide a quality product and we want you to enjoy every minute with your purchase! 

We have established some guidelines to ensure a smooth shopping and delivery experience. 

Please reference the below shipping policies to have a better understanding of how your order is handled once it has been placed.

eBooks

  • All eBook orders are fulfilled immediately upon successful purchase.
  • You will receive download instructions in a separate email (usually within 1–5 minutes).

Printed Books & Merchandise

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM Central Time ship the following business day.
  • Standard shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Pre-Orders

  • Items marked as PRE-ORDER are still in production or en route to our warehouse. We provide an estimated shipping date on the product listing.
  • Pre-orders typically ship within 24 hours of the listed expected arrival date.

Return Policy

Please send an e-mail to returns@VirtueSignalStudios.com as soon as possible with any request for returns or replacements so we can take a look at your situation and offer an acceptable resolution. 

We will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied with the resolution of your issue.

eBooks

  • All eBook sales are final. Due to the digital nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the file has been delivered.  If you are requesting a refund and have not yet downloaded your purchase please contact us at the e-mail address above within 24-hours. 
  • We will research your order and if you haven't clicked the Download link and the order token remains in tact we will be able to offer a refund.   We offer this as a courtesy for accidental orders or orders placed by un-authorized family members.

Printed Coloring Books

  • We accept returns or offer replacements only if the book arrives damaged. 
  • Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement or refund.

Printed Literature & Textbooks

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling).
  • After 7 days, approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Returned books must be in new condition — no folds, tears, marks, stains, or other signs of use.Used products cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will cover the product cost minus shipping and handling fees
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned product has been inspected and approved.
  • Credit Card and Debit Card refunds may take up to five business days to show on your account statement or online banking.  Please use our Contact Us page if you are still awaiting a refund that has not cleared within five business days.
